Visiting & booking
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking ahead. Walk-ins are welcome when we have room.
What should I know before I book?
We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Final pricing is confirmed during your consultation before services begin.
What are your hours?
Tuesday–Saturday 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Closed Sunday and Monday for Glow’s own services; suite rentals may be by appointment (see below).
What does “suite rentals” mean?
When Linet or Carineh are not in, independent professionals may rent a chair in the same suite for their own clients. Those services are not part of Glow Salon & Spa’s menu and are booked separately — not through Linet or Carineh. Booking with Linet or Carineh still means they perform your service themselves every visit.
Is there parking?
Yes — free parking at Suite A on Chatsworth St.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card, and Venmo.
Balayage
How often do I need to come back for balayage?
Most clients refresh every 3–4 months. A toner or gloss every 6–8 weeks can keep brassiness away without redoing the full lightening.
How is balayage different from traditional highlights?
Foils lift in uniform sections; balayage is painted on the surface for a softer, more natural pattern. Linet can walk you through both at your consultation.
Keratin smoothing
How long does keratin smoothing last?
Most clients enjoy smoother hair for 3–5 months with sulfate-free shampoo and proper first-wash timing.
When can I wash my hair after keratin?
Wait 48–72 hours unless Linet gives different instructions. Avoid ponytails and clips during that window.
Brow & lash tinting
Where can I get brow tinting in Granada Hills?
At Glow Salon & Spa, 17815 Chatsworth St, Suite A. Carineh offers brow tint with shaping, lash tint, and lash lift & tint. Call or text to book. Walk-ins are welcome when we have room.
How long does brow and lash tinting last?
Typically 3–5 weeks on brows, slightly less on lashes. Avoid oil-based removers to extend wear.
Hydrafacial & European facial
European Facial vs Hydrafacial — which first?
Start European for classic relaxation. Choose Hydrafacial first if clogged pores are your main concern.
How often should I get a Hydrafacial?
Every 4–6 weeks for maintenance. Carineh will suggest a cadence based on your skin goals.
