We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
All prices listed are starting prices and may vary based on hair length, density, and complexity of service. Final pricing will be confirmed during your consultation before services begin.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns prior to services. Glow Salon & Spa reserves the right to decline services that may pose a health risk to clients or staff.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days and we will work to address your concerns with a complimentary adjustment.
